Your role will be to answer and transfer all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner, provide assistance to residents, staff, guests, and vendors, and perform various clerical duties as assigned. As a member of the Resident Services department, you will work with residents, staff members, and guests, and report to our Director of Resident Services.What You Will Do:Promptly answer and transfer all incoming calls courteously and professionallyWelcome and guide all visitors, vendors, and residents with warmth and professionalismMonitor building access and ensure all guests and vendors sign in appropriatelyOpen and close the reception desk, securing all files, keys, and office equipmentCommunicate messages clearly and promptly to the appropriate individualsAssist with recording payments, reservations, cancellations, and other clerical tasksStay informed of community events to serve as a helpful resource to residents and visitorsWhat You Will Bring:High school diploma or GED35 years of receptionist or related experienceFriendly, professional communication and customer service skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilityA positive attitude and willingness to learnFamiliarity with Microsoft Office and general office equipmentAbility to remain composed under pressureEmpathy, compassion, and a team-oriented mindsetWhy You'll Love Us: At Eastcastle Place, we foster a compassionate and supportive environment for both staff and residents, treating everyone with integrity, dignity, and respect.
