E-CommerceAbout the RoleThe Company is seeking an Executive Vice President for Venue Management to lead operational excellence, cultural alignment, and financial performance across its North American portfolio. The successful candidate will be an enterprise leader with a strong background in venue management, sports and entertainment, hospitality, or large-scale multi-unit operations. Key responsibilities include leading strategy, driving change, and developing high-performing teams. The EVP will also be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving financial performance, and supporting the growth and expansion of the portfolio. This role requires a strategic, visionary, and results-driven individual with a collaborative, authentic, and people-focused leadership style.Applicants for the EVP, Venue Management role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of senior leadership experience and a proven track record of success in geographically diverse portfolios. The role demands a leader with deep financial and business acumen, capable of managing significant operating budgets and capital initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) and possess key leadership attributes such as being a strong communicator, influential, and having a high level of integrity. The EVP will also be expected to build trusted external partnerships, shape culture through values-based leadership, and represent the company at industry events.
