Overview Direct message the job poster from SMART IT People Details Wilmington DE (Onsite initially then hybrid 2 days/week) Contract to hire opportunity Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or a related technical field. 5+ years experience developing commercial-grade software systems, with an emphasis on real-time operational systems Experience with React.js strongly preferred Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops a plus Familiarity with SQL Server a plus Must be comfortable working with end-users who have varying levels of technical knowledge Ability to work on small teams to deliver world-class software projects Strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset and outstanding problem-solving skills. Awareness of current cybersecurity trends and hacking techniques Gather system requirements from end users and document for implementation. Post-production deployment, troubleshoot software and network-related issues. Participate in the Software Change Management Process. Act as Tier 2/Tier 3 Support for operational issues with the given application Stay apprised of software development trends, recommend improvements to our DevOps process where appropriate Willingness to travel to other sites as needed (~10%).
