Your Daily Tasks- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions (spine, joints, post-op)
- Create customized treatment plans focused on functional recovery
- Educate patients on recovery expectations and home exercises
- Collaborate with providers and fellow therapists
- Maintain compliant, accurate documentation (EMR)
The Requirements- DPT and Massachusetts PT license
- 12+ years outpatient ortho or sports rehab experience preferred (new grads welcome)
- Strong interpersonal and team skills
- Ability to manage a full caseload while keeping patients engaged
