Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for addressing client queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing both general and technical support. This includes managing communications, troubleshooting issues, providing resolutions efficiently, and collecting feedback to improve the customer experience.
