Certified Credentials Coordinator (Remote – California Residents Only) Location: Clearlake, CA (Remote) Contract: 13 Weeks ⏰ Shift: Day Shift – 5x8s (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) Pay Rate: $35 – $40 per hour We are looking for an experienced Certified Credentials Coordinator with strong healthcare credentialing expertise to join our team in a fully remote role (must reside in California). Mandatory Qualifications ✔ Active CPCS (Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist) OR CPMSM (Certified Professional Medical Services Management) certification from NAMSS ✔ Must currently reside in California ✔ Hands-on experience with ECHO Credentialing Software ✔ Strong background in provider credentialing, medical staff credentialing, and healthcare compliance ✔ Proficiency with credentialing databases and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) Key Responsibilities • Manage provider credentialing and re-credentialing processes • Maintain provider files, licenses, certifications, and credentialing documentation in ECHO • Verify education, work history, licensure, malpractice coverage, and board certifications • Ensure compliance with NAMSS guidelines and healthcare regulations • Track credentialing deadlines and ensure timely renewals • Prepare provider rosters, credentialing reports, and compliance documentation • Support audits, accreditation reviews, and regulatory requirements Interested candidates can apply by sending their resume to: pooja@learnbeyondconsulting.com
