Position SummaryResponsible for preparing high-end custom cabinetry and millwork for finishing. Ensures all surfaces meet premium quality standards prior to stain, paint, or specialty finishes. Essential FunctionsSand and prepare custom cabinetry to a furniture-grade finish Inspect and correct surface imperfections Follow detailed finishing specifications Collaborate with finishing team to ensure quality standards Qualifications 2+ years of experience in custom woodworking or cabinetry preferred Knowledge of wood species and finishing prep Strong attention to detail Physical Demands and Work EnvironmentThis position requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and exposure to finishing chemicals and airborne particulates.
