Seasonal Marketing Coordinator

MARKETING COORDINATOR, WATERSTONE PROPERTIES GROUPHybrid Role – Work from home but also be able to attend meetings and events within MainePart time/SeasonalJob Responsibilities Design creative marketing materials in the Microsoft and Adobe creative suites. Specifically experience with PowerPoint and Photoshop. Manage portfolio creative assets (brand packages) and consistency through marketing materials. Implements marketing and advertising campaigns; preparing marketing creative deliverables, strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; and updating calendars. Support PR, communications and social work for portfolio announcements. On-site event and/or leasing meeting support, as needed. Prepares leasing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing leasing data. Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department, inventorying stock and placing orders.MARKETING COORDINATOR QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS: Creative design skills in the Microsoft and Adobe suites. Ability to work in outdoor conditions during event days. Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s in marketing or a related field Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within commercial real estate. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics toolsFlexible work from home options available.
