Financial Analyst

We are seeking a Multifamily Financial Analyst to join our team and gain hands-on exposure to real estate underwriting, market analysis, due diligence, and portfolio management.Opportunity: The Multifamily Financial Analyst will support the Investments team in analyzing existing owned portfolio of properties along with new investment opportunities. The day-to-day responsibilities include conducting financial and market research, and assisting with key components of due diligence, underwriting process and portfolio operating performance analyses. This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative, fast-paced real estate investment environment within an institutional multifamily REIT.
