Training Documentation Analyst - Remote
Job TitleMinimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred (Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply).One to three years of experience in training, documentation, administrative support, business operations, or a related field.Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.Ability to organize complex information into clear, user-friendly attention to detail and organizational skills.Experience with SharePoint, document management systems, and Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred.Ability to work collaboratively with business and technical teams in a fast-paced environment.Preferred ExperienceDeveloping training materials and conducting/presenting end-user training.Creating process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and job aids.Supporting compliance, audit, healthcare, government, or technology-related programs.Creating basic workflow diagrams or process maps using Visio or similar tools.
