Hybrid (Onsite Mon & Wed)Description:DSI is searching for a Senior level IT Developer to play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that meet our customer needs and will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and ensure the scalability, performance, and security of our software applications.Responsible:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test and deploy high-quality software solutions that meet project requirements. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure code quality. Debug and troubleshoot software findings, defects, identifying root cause and implanting solutions. Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to gather and refine project requirement. Mentor junior developers, offering technical guidance and support as needed. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends. Contribute to process improvements and the evolution of development methodologies during the contract period. Requirements:Experience in Service Now design, architecture, development, and configuration. 5 years experience working in an Agile software development environment. 5 years Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information technology or a related field. Service Now certifications highly desired In-depth hands-on experience with configuration, including understanding its modules, workflows and configuration settings. Experience working in an Agile software development environment Required ServiceNow A deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including its architecture, capabilities, and modules. Proficiency in Service Required Ability to analyze business requirements and support user acceptance testing. Excellent oral and written communication skills. The ability to customize and configure ServiceNow applications to align with business processes. This includes creating custom Required Integration Knowledge: Familiarity with ServiceNow integration methods and protocols such as REST, SOAP, Mid Servers, and Integration Hub. Programming Proficiency: Developers should have a strong command of programming language, such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, or others. Required Problem-Solving Abilities: Effective developers excel at identifying and solving complex problem. They should be skilled in troubleshooting and debugging.
