As part of our Customer Success Team, you'll be the friendly first voice our customers connect with when starting a new project or placing a reorder.
What You'll DoServe as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat
Have friendly conversations to understand each customer's goals, timeline, and project needs
Gather important details like logos, brand colors, company information, and order specifications
Help initiate new orders and reorders with accuracy and organization
Keep detailed notes and maintain customer profiles in our system
Coordinate with our design, production, and shipping teams to keep projects moving smoothly
Manage multiple conversations and orders while staying organized and attentive
Continue learning our products so you can guide customers toward the best solutions for their business

What You'll NeedAbility to reliably work on-site at our Hastings, Minnesota location
Comfort making and receiving 50+ phone conversations per day
A genuine desire to help customers and solve problems
Helpful experience (but not required):
