Parking Operations Account Manager - Baltimore

The Parking Operations Account Manager is responsible for administration of all day-to-day activities related to parking garage and surface lot management. With over 1,000 locations nationwide, we are looking to build a strong team. In this role, you will directly oversee one or more operations and are responsible for account performance for financial, government compliance, and customer/client satisfaction objectives. This position is expected to maintain relationships with the present clients to obtain references and leads to new business opportunities. Account Managers are responsible for the accountability, training, and development of all Premium Parking staff, and is expected to inspire associates to continuously improve and develop their knowledge and skills. Maintain a first class operation at all timesEngage in the development of location-level financial and operational goalsDevelop and execute marketing and operating strategies and participate in market research and new business developmentManage all parking personnel.
