Assembler Santa Rosa, CA Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM Position Type: Temp-to-Hire Compensation: $19-$21 per hour, depending on experience We are seeking dedicated individuals for a hands-on assembly role based in Santa Rosa. This manufacturing position is ideal for candidates who possess strong attention to detail and enjoy manual tasks. Primary Responsibilities Construct wire assemblies and cable harnesses. Execute tasks such as wire stripping, crimping, and soldering. Follow provided diagrams, blueprints, and assembly instructions. Utilize various hand tools, including soldering irons, wire strippers, and crimpers. Help ensure high quality standards by inspecting completed units. Keep your workstation tidy and orderly. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals in a fast-paced setting. Required Skills and Experience Prior background in assembly work is a plus. Experience with soldering is highly desirable. Capacity to interpret basic drawings and follow written procedures. Proficiency in operating standard hand tools.
