Stable company! $24/hr-$26.45/hr Required Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers and internal teams Proven ability to handle quoting, order entry, shipping, and invoicing processes accurately Excellent organization and attention to detail to maintain orderly workflows and records Ability to take ownership of customer issues, troubleshoot, and resolve escalating problems promptly Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and product documentation Proficiency in using email and record-keeping tools for documentation and communication Ability to escalate non-standard opportunities and coordinate with engineering and management Experience with ERP systems Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial customer service role Preferred Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in related fields preferred 5 plus years of customer service experience within manufacturing or technical environments Willingness to collaborate across departments and contribute to policy development Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset Don't miss this chance to showcase your customer service expertise in a manufacturing context—apply now and become a key contributor to our team's success!
