Our client, a prestigious law firm with offices throughout the Northeast, has an immediate need for a Litigation Attorney, to join their winning team in Cherry Hill.Insurance defense is preferable, but not required.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage files from inception to endPrepare legal pleadings, motions, statements, trial briefs and be involved in negotiating settlementsWork closely with clients and claims partners to prepare timely reports on litigationTake depositionsDraft motionsAppear in courtMedical record reviewClient reportingKEY REQUIREMENTS:New Jersey OR Pennsylvania Bar required.Candidates with clerkship experience will be considered as long as they have admission.
