Senior Project Manager

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role Lead projects through the full project lifecycle, from initial concept and planning to final implementation and closeout. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business needs. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and status reports. Facilitate project team meetings and provide ongoing project tracking, monitoring, and analysis. Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop effective mitigation strategies. Coordinate and manage vendor activities, including tracking and reviewing vendor deliverables.What You'll Need Minimum of 4 years of project management, program management, or related experience. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience developing project plans, schedules, resource plans, and status reporting. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
