Whether you’re supporting toddlers in a clinic, working with school-aged students in local districts, or helping teens and adults thrive at home or in the community — you’ll play a vital role in helping individuals build independence, one skill at a time.Our Linwood/Somers Point location serves a wide range of clients, and we’re looking for reliable, energetic, and compassionate team members who are ready to jump in.What You’ll Actually Be DoingDeliver direct, 1:1 support using behavior plans tailored to each client Teach communication, self-help, and social skills that foster independence Use reinforcement, prompting, modeling, and other ABA strategies in real-time Track data and document progress using digital tools (like Rethink) Work closely with your supervising BCBA and families to stay aligned Support safety through proactive behavior management and crisis strategies Be flexible to travel locally for in-home, clinic, school, or community sessions Evening availability (at least 2 evenings per week) is typically needed Opportunities may include school-based placements, based on availability Why This Role (and Our Team) MattersBeing an ABA Therapist at Interactive Kids means showing up with empathy, adaptability, and a willingness to keep learning.
