The Opportunity
As an Inside Sales Partner, you’ll play a critical role in driving profitable sales growth while building strong, long-term customer relationships. You’ll support Regional Sales Managers, manage key and house accounts, and provide exceptional customer service across designated territories.
Your mission?
Promote DPI products, support the sales team, and help grow market share—while being a great teammate.
What You’ll Do
Generate and manage quotes, including estimating job time, materials, and lead time
Collaborate with production and engineering to create accurate, competitive quotes
Follow up and follow through on quotes, leads, and customer needs
Convert quotes to orders with precision and ensure all details are ready for planning & scheduling
Actively prospect and market to new and existing customers
Support Regional Sales Managers and assist with RMAs as needed
Cross-train across all product lines and key accounts to support the full sales team
Track and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like:
Total quotes generated
Quote-to-order ratio
ISP vs. RSM quote ratio
Communicate clearly across departments to keep things moving efficiently
What You Bring
Skills & Experience
3–5 years of sales experience (pay DOE)
Industrial plastics and/or plastic manufacturing experience preferred
Engineering degree or closely related field preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to problem-solve, think creatively, and stay detail-focused
Working knowledge of mechanical functions (especially power transmission)
Basic computer skills and a service-oriented mindset
A positive, proactive, “can-do” sales attitude
Other Requirements
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
Ability to travel occasionally and drive independently
Work Environment
Primarily office-based with occasional travel
Involves sitting, standing, walking, typing, and handling office materials/products
Requires close-up vision, talking, and hearing
Compensation & Benefits
Starting Salary: $65,000 or more DOE
