This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with both clients and internal teams.The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of experience in retail media networks (Roundel Media Studio, Criteo, Epsilon, etc.) and has a passion for turning data into actionable insights that drive measurable business results.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Service & Relationship ManagementServe as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, delivering proactive communication and supportTranslate client business needs into actionable search strategies and solutions within RoundelPresent campaign updates, insights, and recommendations in a clear, professional, and consultative mannerAnticipate client questions and provide responsive, high-quality service to build trust and confidenceCampaign Management & ExecutionCollaborate with clients, vendors, and internal sales teams to design campaigns aligned to business objectivesOversee execution teams to optimize performance across sponsored search campaignsConduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and category benchmarks to inform campaign directionManage the day-to-day partnership with our key stakeholders.Optimization & ReportingMonitor success metrics and KPIs daily to ensure flawless executionDeliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting — turning complex data into actionable recommendationsProvide strategic insights that demonstrate ROI and create upsell/cross-sell opportunitiesWork hand-in-hand with the Marketing Director and Sales VPs to align execution with client goalsAct as a consultant on emerging retail media opportunities and best practicesParticipate in client meetings, QBRs, and joint business planning to influence long-term strategySupport business development conversations by showcasing OMG's retail media expertiseQualificationsRequired:Education: Bachelor's DegreeExperience: 3+ years in SEO/sponsored search, with client-facing or account management exposure in an agency, broker, or retail media environmentPlatform Expertise: Hands-on experience with Roundel Media Studio, Criteo, Epsilon, or equivalent retail media networksSkillsExceptional customer service orientation with strong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to present insights and strategies to both marketing and executive-level audiencesStrong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear client recommendationsComfortable managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines in a client-centric environmentConsultative mindset with a focus on building long-term client relationshipsReporting StructureThis position reports to the Director, Digital Marketing, with a dotted line to Sales VPs. Sales leaders act as the primary points of contact with clients and Target, and this role will partner closely with them to provide white-glove service and campaign excellence.
