At Wasatch Front Kia, you'll be part of a high-performing team that values communication, teamwork, and growth.Here's why you want to work here:Paid Time Off401kMedical & Dental BenefitsPaid Training and Real Career Growth Opportunities Here's what you'll be doing:Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails to schedule service appointments and follow up with customersConfirm and update customer information, appointment details, and vehicle status in our Dealer Management System (Dealertrack) and our online scheduling software (Xtime)Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring each customer feels valued and informedCoordinate with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure smooth workflow and accurate schedulingFollow up on declined services, maintenance reminders, and warranty or recall notificationsTrack and document all customer interactions accurately for reporting and quality controlAssist in marketing and retention campaigns to drive service businessMaintain dealership standards for professionalism, communication, and brand representationOther duties as assigned Requirements:Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.High School Diploma or equivalentPrevious BDC, call center, or dealership experience preferredStrong communication, customer service & sales skillsComputer proficiency with CRM and scheduling tools (Dealertrack and/or Xtime experience a plus)Positive attitude, patience, and attention to detailAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentReliable transportation and consistent attendanceProficient with windows programs and general computer knowledgeTyping 40-60WPMSchedule: Full-time, including occasional Saturdays
