This role will bridge infrastructure, DevOps, and application support to ensure stability, security, and automation of our web Responsibilities (High-Level):1. AWS Infrastructure AdministrationManage EC2-based environments (DEV, QA, STG, PRD)Configure and maintain security groups, IAM roles, instance profilesSupport ALB, Route53, S3 integrationsMonitor instance health and system performanceAssist with patching and OS hardeningSupport migration stabilization (post lift-and-shift)2. Deployment & CI/CD Support (Jenkins)Maintain and enhance Jenkins pipelinesSupport build and deployment automationTroubleshoot pipeline failuresManage environment configuration for releasesImprove deployment reliability and rollback procedures3. SSL Certificate Lifecycle & AutomationManage SSL generation, installation, and renewalsMaintain certificate chain and intermediate validationAutomate SSL review and expiration monitoringImprove certificate management process in AWS4. Application Platform SupportSupport AEM deployments and troubleshootingSupport IIS/.NET application deploymentsMaintain Solr configuration and healthMonitor logs and resolve infrastructure-related issues5. Operational Excellence & AutomationIdentify opportunities to automate manual operational tasksImprove monitoring and alerting processesSupport documentation and runbooksContribute to long-term cloud optimization strategyDesired Experience & QualificationsStrong experience with AWS (EC2-centric environments)Experience supporting lift-and-shift cloud migrationsHands-on Jenkins pipeline administrationWindows Server and/or Linux administration experienceExperience managing SSL certificates in enterprise environmentsExperience with IIS, AEM, and application deploymentsFamiliarity with basic infrastructure automation (Terraform or scripting preferred)Strong troubleshooting skills across infrastructure and application layers
