Stacking Associate

OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and motivated Stacking Associate to join a growing production team. This position is responsible for stacking finished product, maintaining quality standards, and supporting production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a temporary opportunity with the potential to become a full-time position as the company continues to grow. ResponsibilitiesStack finished product safely and efficiently. Inspect products for quality before stacking and packaging. Keep production lines supplied and organized. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Assist with general production duties as assigned. Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals. Skills and ExperiencePrevious manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required. Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Strong attention to detail and quality. Dependable with excellent attendance. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
