Primary Skills: SAP (Intermediate), Google Workspace (Proficient), Data Entry (Advanced), Record Management (Expert), Communication (Advanced) Contract Type: W2 Only Duration: 3+ Months Location: Santa Clara, CA Pay Range: $23 - $24 per hour on W2 Job Summary: This is a part-time contract role situated in Santa Clara, California, for an enthusiastic Logistics Clerk to join the Trade & Logistics Team at client place. The ideal candidate will contribute to efficient data collection, digital organization, and proactive follow-up with external partners to ensure comprehensive record keeping. Reporting to the Trade & Logistics Manager, this role offers the chance to work in a dynamic, international environment, and requires someone flexible, self-driven, and highly organized. Key Responsibilities:Download and organize a high volume of documentation utilizing Google Workspace tools (Drive and Gmail).Navigate through SAP to extract internal shipping and financial records.Perform light data entry tasks for import/export information into reports.Ensure all records are complete, legible, and properly organized.Maintain communication with forwarding agents/carriers/finance teams to collect necessary documentation and manage a tracker for pending requests. Must-Have Skills:Proficient in SAP and Google Workspace.Strong professional communication and email etiquette.High attention to detail and organizational skills, especially in digital environments. Industry Experience:2-3 years of experience in Data Collection, Administrative, or Logistics roles, preferably within the tech or cybersecurity sector. Basic understanding of trade compliance systems is desirable.
