We produce annual reports, digital publications, executive interviews, and live events that connect business leaders, governments, and investors. We're growing, and we're looking for a Junior Content Manager who will own real editorial projects from day one — not assist on them.✨ What you'll own:Own 1–2 editorial projects across caa's platforms — print, digital, video, and eventsConnect with and schedule 5+ executive interviews per week with CEOs, government leaders, and industry expertsConduct those interviews and lead the conversations yourselfResearch companies, markets, and trends to shape compelling, credibility-driven contentWrite, edit, and refine articles, newsletters, and press releases to caa's quality standardSupport social media, AI-assisted content creation, and conference and media outreach🎯 We're looking for someone who:Has 2–3 years of experience in editorial, PR, marketing, or a related fieldIs confident picking up the phone and holding their own with a senior executiveWrites and edits well and cares about getting the details rightIs organized, accurate, and keeps CRM systems and documentation cleanIs comfortable with AI tools and curious about how to use them betterHas a genuine interest in business, economics, and what's happening across US markets💼 What's in it for you:$40,000–$52,000 base | OTE $45,000–$55,000100% remote — anywhere in the USDirect mentorship from senior leaders and real responsibility from day oneMedical, dental, vision + 401(k) + PTO + paid parental leave + early Summer Fridays + volunteerism leaveNationwide networking with executives and decision-makers — the access is realcaa has been connecting business leaders for over 10 years.
