This role will leverage the CPO’s platform to grow reputation and credibility for NetApp’s product innovation and enterprise AI vision. To achieve this goal, the Executive Communications Lead will develop and execute an integrated communications plan to reach and influence 360-degree (external and internal) audiences. This role is not an order-taker; setting strategic direction and providing counsel to executives is essential.Job RequirementsExecutive Communications StrategyEvolve and refine CPO positioning strategy to ensure it is robust, relevant, distinctive, and aligned to NetApp prioritiesProactively conceptualize and drive new opportunities, while vetting inbound/reactive opportunities, to ensure effective use of CPO voice grounded in business strategy and impactProvide strategic counsel and address potential communications risks, handling sensitive matters with discretionEnhance CPO messaging platform with compelling stories and proof pointsProgram Management and OptimizationServe as the integrator and point of contact for all CPO communications matters, ensuring strategic alignment and quality controlDrive CPO communications plan and calendar of external and internal activationsEnsure CPO communications are executed with flawless timeliness, preparation, and qualityEstablish ways of working with stakeholders and SMEs to align and execute CPO communicationsTrack CPO communications KPIs and make data-driven recommendationsContent CreationBuild and edit content in CPO’s voice, such as slide presentations, keynote speeches, talking points, video scripts, bylined articles, blogs, LinkedIn posts, and email announcementsManage processes to collect information from SMEs, align multimedia assets, and route materials for reviewEducationMinimum of 8 years of applicable professional experienceExperience advising C-level executivesExperience building and executing integrated communications plansExperience working in B2B tech with technical product informationStrong program management skills with ability to balance long-term and short-term prioritiesExceptional writing skills with creativity and a keen eye for detailStrong PowerPoint skills to build slide presentationsStrong interpersonal and relationship building skillsCompensation:The target salary range for this position is 148,750 - 175,000 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off, various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
