DescriptionAmerican Traveler is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for an inpatient rehab assignment, with BLS and CCC-SLP certification required — new graduates and first-time travelers are welcome to apply.
DetailsInpatient rehabilitation setting
Patient ratio of 1:6
Day shift schedule, 8:00am to 4:30pm (5x8-hour shifts), with some flexibility available
One Saturday per month may be required
No on-call, floating, or holiday requirements
Charting via Cerner

RequirementsCurrent BLS certification
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
New graduates are eligible and encouraged to apply
State SLP license required if applicable
Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to qualify
Additional InformationFirst-time travel clinicians are welcome to apply
Professional dress code required
Two professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
