Electrical Superintendent – Dallas, TXLocation: Dallas, TexasPosition Type: Full-TimeA well-established commercial construction contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee field operations for large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area.This is an excellent opportunity for a proven field leader who can drive schedules, coordinate subcontractors, maintain safety standards, and deliver high-quality electrical installations on complex projects.ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day electrical construction activities on assigned projectsCoordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractorsEnsure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project schedulesLead field planning efforts and participate in coordination meetingsMonitor installation quality and ensure compliance with contract documentsCollaborate with project managers, engineers, owners, and trade partnersIdentify and resolve field issues to minimize schedule impactsMaintain project documentation, reports, and daily logsEnforce company safety policies and OSHA requirementsSupport project turnover, commissioning, and closeout activitiesQualifications5+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent or Lead Electrical ForemanCommercial, industrial, mission critical, healthcare, data center, or large-scale construction experience preferredStrong understanding of electrical systems, construction sequencing, and field coordinationAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsExperience managing subcontractors and self-perform crewsStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety best practicesProficiency with construction management software is a plusPreferred ExperienceGround-up commercial construction projectsLarge electrical scopes valued at $5M+Data center, healthcare, manufacturing, or industrial facilitiesBIM/VDC coordination experienceElectrical licensing or certifications are a plusCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salaryVehicle allowance or company vehicleAnnual bonus opportunityComprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysLong-term career growth with a stable and growing contractorIf you are an experienced Electrical Superintendent looking to lead challenging projects in the Dallas market, we encourage you to apply.
