Full-Time Dental Assistant – Fast-Paced, Modern Practice
*Schedule:* 5 days a week

*Gresham Advanced Dentistry* is looking for an experienced, dependable Dental Assistant to join our team five days per week. We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, supports the entire team, and wants to grow within a progressive dental practice.

*Responsibilities*
This position includes five primary areas of responsibility:
* Providing excellent chairside assistance and patient care
* Maintaining sterilization and infection-control systems
* Coordinating and tracking dental lab cases
* Organizing and maintaining clinical inventory
* Supporting routine clinical equipment maintenance
The Dental Assistant will help prepare treatment rooms, assist doctors during procedures, maintain accurate documentation, support patient comfort, and help ensure the clinical day runs efficiently. Detailed training and expectations for each responsibility will be provided during onboarding.
*Qualifications*
* At least one year of dental assisting experience
* EFDA certification preferred
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Dependable attendance and follow-through
* Ability to anticipate needs and work proactively
* Comfortable receiving feedback and learning established systems
* Commitment to excellent patient care and teamwork
