Full-Time Dental Assistant – Fast-Paced, Modern Practice

*Schedule:* 5 days a week *Experience Required:* Minimum 1 year *Team:* Work directly with 3 General Dentists *Gresham Advanced Dentistry* is looking for an experienced, dependable Dental Assistant to join our team five days per week. Finding someone who aligns with our core values is extremely important to us: * *Communicate & Collaborate* * *Do the Right Thing* * *Adapt & Thrive* * *Excellence in Execution* *Responsibilities* This position includes five primary areas of responsibility: * Providing excellent chairside assistance and patient care * Maintaining sterilization and infection-control systems * Coordinating and tracking dental lab cases * Organizing and maintaining clinical inventory * Supporting routine clinical equipment maintenance The Dental Assistant will help prepare treatment rooms, assist doctors during procedures, maintain accurate documentation, support patient comfort, and help ensure the clinical day runs efficiently.
