Schedule with the provided contact. Prepare all required paperwork, tools and transportation. Perform field support requirements. Photographing the RTU in question. Capturing all required dimensions. Note any obstructions, special features, etc. Document what issue was with pictures and description uploaded to the MER. Document measure and field issues details:Create a drawing using the captured dimensions. Upload drawing, photographs and other details to the appropriate job tracker. Inform the Inside Sales Account Manager that the measure has been completed.
