A company is looking for a VIP Matchmaker. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of matchmaking clients with regular check-ins and coaching sessions Maintain accurate and up-to-date client profiles in the CRM Coordinate dates for clients, including making reservations and ensuring timely follow-ups Qualifications At least five years of proven success in matchmaking Experience working with high-end clients and coaching, with certification preferred Strong client service background and ability to foster a positive team environment Proficiency with technology, including CRM systems and softphone technology Ability to multitask and manage relationships in a fast-paced environment
