This position is contingent upon contract award and will be located at Fort Eisenhower, GA.The core purpose of this Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) Enterprise Task Order (TO) is to operationalize OSINT (taking the information gathered from open sources and using it in a practical and actionable way to support decision making, security and other objectives) for the Department of the Army and for the Intelligence Community including defense, civilian, and partner nation intelligence organizations. Execution of this TO will inform and implement Army policy as well as provide access to, training for, and management and oversight of enterprise-approved OSINT capabilities for the Army and the broader Intelligence Community.The Intel Analyst provides intelligence support for contingency operations, battle staff and operational-level planning, joint and multi-lateral training exercises, and strategic engagement policy throughout the Areas of Operational Responsibility (AOR) and Areas of Interest (AOI) to include analysis and research for industry, infrastructure, technology, country, geographic area, biographic and targeted vulnerability. Monitors and analyzes all strategic and operational aspects of political, military, and economic developments for the countries in the AORs and AOIs. Assesses future and on-going political-military developments, military capabilities and doctrine, weapons acquisitions, and employment of military forces within each country (including the U.S.). Researches, authors, and coordinates threat assessments to support the Commander and the senior leadership as well. May focus on domestic as well as international threats. Considered a recognized authority in this area of expertise. Intelligence analysis may include; IMINT, SIGINT, ELINT, HUMINT, or MASINT. Develops and maintains analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations. May support development and analysis of intelligence products. Presents analysis or products to customers. May support policy and procedures development for agency, interagency, or community wide support.KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS AND ABILITY Applies advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts. Contributes to development of new principles and concepts. Participates with senior managers to establish strategic plans and objectives. Acts as advisor to management and customers on advanced technical research studies and applications.QualificationsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelors degree and five (5) years' experience; Four (4) years' additional experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTActive TS Clearance with SCI eligibility is requiredSAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.Covid Policy SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters.
