Job Description Prepare detailed cost estimates and project budgets for construction projects. Analyze project requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to determine accurate pricing. Evaluate project specifications and drawings to ensure feasibility and compliance. Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and other key partners. Monitor and manage project costs to ensure alignment with initial estimates. Provide regular updates and reports to project managers and clients. Continuously improve estimating processes and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
