Blue Mantis is looking for an Onsite Desktop Support Technician in Charlotte, NC. The successful candidate will handle customer support in person and via phone, resolve technical issues, maintain documentation, and assist with ticket escalation. The role requires 3-5 years of Help Desk experience and proficiency in Windows 10/11, MS Office applications, and basic network technologies. Successful candidates will communicate well, troubleshoot efficiently, and work 5 days a week onsite.
