Clinical Manager

At Children’s Crisis Treatment Center (CCTC), our staff is dedicated to addressing the impact of childhood traumatic events and other challenges. The Clinical Manager will oversee the operation of CCTC’s Intake Department and Welcome Center. This will be done by managing staff recruitment, supervision/development and training, developing and implementing policies, procedures and work standards, assisting with clinical assessments of patients, educating patients and their families on available treatment options, and working with billing department to resolve any insurance related issues. This individual will strive to improve the overall quality of CCTC Behavioral healthcare for each child and family as well as practicing the Sanctuary Model with children, families, and staff to support its use at CCTC to effectively create and advance a trauma-informed environment. Education and/or Experience: Master’s degree in social work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, Counseling, Public Health or related field Minimum of 2-4 years of management level supervisory experience in behavioral health or medical facility Knowledge of government regulations regarding patient privacy Strong time management, delegation and interpersonal skills Covid-19 vaccination required
