Current employees and contingent workers click here to apply and search by the Job Posting Title.Clear Channel OutdoorJob Summary:The Recruiting Coordinator supports Clear Channel Outdoor's recruitment activities for hiring managers and candidates by guiding them through the recruitment process and providing the highest quality customer service.Job ResponsibilitiesSupport recruitment activities including pre-screen, phone screen, and scheduling interviewsPerform administrative functions related to the recruitment processFollow-up with applicants via email, phone or textUpdate recruitment documents i.e. job descriptions, intake call scripts and interview guidesCreate job offer documentsPost jobs on external websitesInvestigate and follow-up on candidate and hiring manager inquiriesTrack information related to the recruitment process to measure performanceEnsure all appropriate internal documentation is completed for internal team membersReview external recruitment vendor invoicing for discrepancies prior to processingPerforms other duties as assigned.Job QualificationsEducation and Certifications* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, or military experience.Work Experience* 2+ years' experience in recruiting, HR or customer service.
