You'll also jump in where needed (because teamwork makes the doughnuts work).What You'll DoGreet every guest with good vibes + big energy as soon as they walk inHelp guests choose flavors and recommend combos (aka suggestive selling)Know our doughnuts inside and out flavors, ingredients, and what's hot todayHandle cash + card transactions accurately and confidentlyMaintain a balanced drawer and follow all cash-handling proceduresKeep your work area clean, sanitized, and ready for actionMaintain cleanliness of the dining room, restrooms, and guest areas during your shiftSupport daily operations with any additional tasks assigned by managementAssist with doughnut decorating when the front is slowWhat You Bring1+ year of customer service or food service experience preferredA positive attitude and comfort working in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to learn and help with doughnut decoratingMust have a Food Handler's CardMust be legally authorized to work per State and Federal guidelinesPhysical Requirements / Working ConditionsStanding and walking for the duration of each shiftBending, lifting, and carrying up to 25 lbs.Constant face-to-face guest interaction (you're the star)Ability to multitask, stay upbeat, and work efficiently during rushesShifts are typically 68 hours, including weekends and holidaysMust comply with uniform and hygiene standardsExpect a fun, upbeat, high-volume environment with lots of energy
