This is an opportunity to solve meaningful problems with modern tools and practices, contribute to on-site project deployments, and help shape scalable solutions in a fast-moving operational environment.About the RoleUndertake the full development lifecycle of a global Progress application.Produce high quality software solutions within time and budget.Provide support of existing applications to an agreed SLA.Work within a team and focus on continuous improvement and learning.Create innovative solutions to problems.Facilitate and support onsite deployments of major projects.Other duties as assignedKey QualificationsDegree or third level qualification in IT or equivalent experience.Experience in development of successfully delivering development projects in a commercial environment.Working knowledge of Unix / Linux Operating System and commands.The ability to work under pressure and deliver to changing business demands.Ability to see bigger picture and understand a global application focus.Ability to code to standards and take direction as to general coding method.CompensationDP World offers exciting and challenging roles within a growing international organization.
