Director, Marketing & Non Alc
Position Overview The Director, Marketing & Non Alc will lead thedevelopment and execution of our Non Alc portfolio across all of QualityBeverage in addition to overseeing the Chain Manager, NANL. This personwill ensure they align with supplier goals, corporate goals, drivecustomer engagement, and strengthen brand positioning. In addition, theywill lead our Marketing efforts managing special events and our draftteam. Responsibilities will include negotiation, coordination &execution of all special events while also overseeing our seasonal helpthat will be hyper focused on our On-Premise execution. In thisleadership role, you?ll combine creativity with strong analytical skillsto position our brands for success across the market. KeyAccountabilities: Drive the overall marketing strategy and execution forthe company\'s NA portfolio, ensuring that all efforts align withbusiness goals and market trends. Lead the development and enhancementof our seasonal team, focusing on key categories within the On Premise.Build cross-brand partnerships and ensure that all marketing activitiesresonate with target consumers. Provide strong leadership and mentorshipto the NANL Chain Manager, empowering them to innovate, contribute tocompany goals, and grow professionally. This also includes leading teammeetings and supporting performance reviews. Work cross functionally andwith the portfolio managers to aid in the development of creativemarketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, radio andexperiential marketing. Collaborate with NA suppliers, customers, andvendors to develop effective marketing programs, POS materials, retailexecution of POCM and brand activations that meet business objectives.Manage the NA and Special events budget, ensuring efficient allocationof resources to maximize ROI across all marketing activities. Be theliaison between Sales & Graphics to ensure quality execution &communication Be a liaison for all company training activity Oversee andmaintain comprehensive records for all special events within the Qualitydivision including contract negotiations, event planning and execution,financial management, sales, marketing initiatives, and post-eventreporting. Coordinate with Portfolio Managers & AVPs to ensure specialEvent Fiscal Responsibility. Requirements Knowledge/Skills/AbilitiesProven ability to create and implement marketing strategies that drivebrand equity and sales growth in a competitive market. Strong leadershipand team management skills with experience in motivating and guidingteams to achieve goals. Expertise in brand development, consumerengagement, and market positioning within the beverage alcohol industry.Proficient in analyzing sales data to identify trends, measure programeffectiveness and make data-driven decisions. Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills, with the ability to influence internalstakeholders and external partners. A creative mindset with the abilityto think outside the box and deliver innovative solutions to enhancebrand visibility and consumer engagement. Strong financial acumen withexperience managing budgets. Experience working with suppliers andvendors to execute marketing campaigns and POS materials.Education/Training/Experience Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business,or a related field. Experience in the beverage alcohol industry ishighly preferred. Proven track record of developing and executingsuccessful marketing campaigns and strategies. Understanding of digitalmarketing, social media, and influencer marketing strategies.
