Our large staff of caregivers and home health aides are experienced and screened to be able to provide non-skilled and non-medical services for seniors.Job Summary: As an important member of the company’s sales team, the Inside Sales Manager focuses on sales activities that guide prospective customers through all phases of the customer creation process for our Medicaid Home Care Services, while coordinating internally with sales case management and operations teams.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Own, triage, and follow-up inbound leads via phone, email, SMS, etc. in accordance with company standardsResponsible for ensuring Team Corporate sales pipeline is moving efficiently in accordance with company standardsAssist in HubSpot utilization and trainings with new and existing sales and marketing repsHelp branch locations with inside sales functions when neededCompassionately understand the needs of prospective customers with a balance of empathy and salesmanshipDevelops and maintains a deep understanding of the Medicaid eligibility and home care qualification rules for assigned states or territoriesEducates potential clients or families on the process and steps to qualify for Medicaid servicesManage qualified opportunities and facilitate next steps with internal team membersThoroughly and accurately update relevant contact details in our HubSpot CRM systemComplete self-direct follow-up and nurture of leads to move them to the next stepsFollow prescribed sales and marketing playbooks and provide feedback for continuous improvementWork with sales and marketing management through customer focused initiatives and relationship buildingRequired Qualifications and Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. These services include (but are not limited to) assistance with self-administration of medications, personal care such as assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, and feeding, homemaking such as assistance with household tasks housekeeping, shopping, meal planning and preparation, and transportation, companionship, respite care such as assistance and support provided to the family; and other non-skilled services. We conduct criminal background checks when required on all staff. We also conduct physicals and tuberculosis screenings for all direct care workers and office staff with direct consumer contact upon hiring and on a yearly basis. The direct care workers of the Company are required to complete a minimum of forty (40) hours of experience or practical training and a competency evaluation, or a state certification program. This training includes information regarding personal hygiene, safe transfer techniques, infection control, and basic nutrition. All direct care workers of our company also receive supervised practical training before having direct contact with a consumer or verification of prior experience.
