Manufacturing Controller

Zing Recruiting, in partnership with a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a hands-on Controller to serve as a key financial leader and strategic partner to the CFO. This role combines leadership with day-to-day ownership of accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong controls, and informed decision-making across the business.Compensation: $180,000 – $200,000 base + bonusType: Full-time, PermanentReports to: CFOCore ResponsibilitiesLead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory requirements Own month-end close and external audit processes Oversee internal controls, cash flow, and risk management Partner with leadership on strategy and financial planning Lead and develop the accounting team Drive process and system improvements QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or MBA preferred) 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience Private equity experience is a plus Prior leadership experience Strong knowledge of financial reporting, controls, and compliance ERP experience required (NetSuite preferred) Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary ($180K–$200K) + performance bonus Medical, dental, vision 401(k) with company match PTO and company holidays Life, disability, and additional insurance options If you are a dynamic and experienced financial leader looking to make a significant impact in a thriving organization, we encourage you to apply!Zing Recruiting is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
