Licensed Nail Technician & Brand Educator

St. George Technology, Inc. is looking for an experienced, creative, and driven Licensed Nail Technician to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a rare opportunity to step out from behind the nail table and into the beauty industry at a brand level — shaping content, influencing product development, and helping define the look of our growing portfolio of cosmetic nail brands. *Who You Are* You are a seasoned nail professional with 5+ years of hands-on experience and a deep, working knowledge of nail chemistry and product performance. You don't just do nails — you understand _why_ products work the way they do, and you can explain that clearly to clients, cameras, and colleagues alike. You have a sharp eye for trends, a natural presence in front of an audience, and the confidence to make creative decisions independently. *Key Responsibilities** Produce high-quality photo and video content for social media and advertising campaigns, including application demos, nail art tutorials, and on-trend look creation * Serve as a brand educator and spokesperson, representing St. George Technology's brands at industry shows and events (some travel required) * Lead wear-testing for new and developing products, applying to models and providing structured, detailed feedback to our R&D team * Offer accurate, professional nail industry guidance to internal teams and the public * Collaborate closely with our Social Media and Marketing teams to develop content strategies and creative direction*Qualifications** Active Nail Technician license required * Minimum 5 years of professional experience * Expert-level proficiency in traditional acrylic application and UV/gel acrylic systems (builder gel, BIAB, gel polish) * Strong nail art skills across multiple disciplines — 3D, hand-painting, acrylic cutting techniques * Solid understanding of how nail products work at a technical level * Ability to independently ideate and execute current, on-trend nail looks for brand content * Comfortable speaking to the public; experience in education, brand representation, or public speaking is a plus * Sales experience is a bonus * A portfolio of nail work (photos or video) is strongly encouraged*Benefits:** Competitive salary of $39,000 - $45,000 per year. * Two weeks of paid vacation. * Health insurance allowance.*Job Details:** *Location:* In-office position at our Wilmington NC location. * *Schedule:* Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
