Hire Dynamics of Concord is NOW hiring for STAND UP RAYMOND FORKLIFT OPERATORS for a national distribution company in the Concord area.Shift and Pay for the Forklift Operator:Monday-Friday 7am to 5pm (Over time may be required) Job Duties for the Stand up RAYMOND Forklift Operator:Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels in a bonded warehouse environment through routine cycle counts, reconciliation, and compliance with U.S. Customs regulations.Key Responsibilities• Perform scheduled cycle counts and reconcile variances.• Investigate discrepancies and document root causes.• Maintain accurate records for bonded and non–bonded inventory.• Support audits and ensure compliance with CBP requirements.• Coordinate with warehouse teams to validate inventory movements.Qualifications• Experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.• Familiarity with WMS/ERP systems.• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.• Bonded–warehouse experience preferred.Experience Requirements for the Forklift Operator:5 years of Stand Up Raymond forklift operating experience.Previous warehouse experience.Ability to operate forklift in a safe manner.
