Project Manager

Job DescriptionWe're partnering with a growing, well-established company in the feed and grain industry that combines strong market presence with a close-knit, family-oriented culture. This is an opportunity to step into a high-impact role where your work directly influences operations-and where you're recognized as more than just a number.As a Project Manager, you'll lead projects from concept through completion across feed mills and grain elevator facilities. You'll operate with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating with a supportive and experienced team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, problem-solving, and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop full project scopes including plans, timelines, and budgetsManage resource allocation and coordinate cross-functional teamsIdentify and mitigate project risksTrack progress and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budgetPrepare and present reports to senior leadership and stakeholdersTravel to project sites (approximately 40%, including overnight stays)QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction, Mechanical Engineering, or related fieldOR 5+ years of experience in the feed mill or grain elevator industryProven project management experience in industrial or agricultural environmentsStrong organizational, communication, and leadership skillsMust relocate to Dallas/Fort Worth or Oklahoma CityCompensation & BenefitsFull-Time, Salaried Position with total compensation of $100,000 - $140,000Comprehensive benefits package401(k) with company participationGenerous PTOGrowth Opportunity!Please contact Chad Smith (605-978-5433 or chad.smith@gogpac.com ) for more information on this position.
