Utilize RALLY to track project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives. Implement Agile PLM processes to enhance product lifecycle management and improve efficiency. Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to foster team collaboration Analyze project data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Provide guidance and support to team members in the adoption of Agile practices. Develop and maintain project documentation to ensure transparency and accountability. Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion of tasks. Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success and minimize disruptions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and project outcomes. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure alignment with business goals. Support the development and implementation of Agile training programs for team members. Qualifications:Possesses strong experience in RALLY and Agile Methodologies to drive project success. - Demonstrate expertise in Agile PLM processes to enhance product lifecycle management. - Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Show proficiency in facilitating Agile ceremonies to foster team collaboration. Have a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Display strong analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Certifications Required:Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
