WHAT YOU'LL DO Sales & Customer Experience Meet with homeowners and build strong, lasting relationships Conduct in-home consultations and create customized painting proposals Follow up with prospects and close projects Communicate clearly and consistently with customers Represent CertaPro Painters through marketing and community events Production & Leadership Manage residential painting projects from start to finish Partner with Job Site Supervisors and crews to ensure quality and efficiency Recruit, onboard, train, and retain field team members Conduct job site inspections and safety meetings Ensure OSHA, EPA, and company safety standards are met Business & Growth Collaborate with sales, office, and production teams Maintain accurate records in the CRM Set, meet, and exceed performance goals WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Self-motivated, results-driven attitude Strong communication and leadership skills High attention to detail and pride in your work Ability to manage multiple projects at once QUALIFICATIONS 2-year degree preferred or equivalent experience Sales or construction/painting experience preferred Valid driver's license with clean driving record Willingness to work some evenings or Saturdays as needed Spanish speaking a plus but not required COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Competitive base salary plus commissions and bonuses Ongoing training and career growth opportunities WHY CERTAPRO PAINTERS CertaPro Painters has been delivering certainty to customers since 1992 and is the largest painting franchise in North America.
