Job Description Temporary Administrative Assistant (Security Support)GREAT FOR A COLLEGE STUDENT LOOKING FOR WORKDuration:June 15 - August 15 (potential to start after June 1) Schedule:100% onsite, Monday-FridayCompensation:$23 an hourOverview: Seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the Security team during a temporary assignment. This role will focus on badge creation and general administrative support in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Print and prepare employee badges accurately and in a timely manner Maintain and update badge records and tracking logs Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper badge information Provide administrative support to the Security department as needed Ensure confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive information Qualifications:Prior administrative or office support experience Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision Ability to work onsite five days per week Strong organizational and communication skills Professional demeanor and ability to work with different personality styles Pay Details:$21.00 to $23.00 per hourSearch managed by:Tracy GalarzaBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
