Cabinet Shop Worker

Responsibilities vary to position: Sanding; Drawer/Toe Kicks; Paint room; CNC operator positions available at this time -Sanding - Assemble cabinets and other wood products according to blueprints and specifications - Operate various woodworking tools and machinery - Measure, cut, and shape wood materials - Install hardware, such as hinges and handles, onto finished products - Ensure quality control by inspecting finished products for defects - Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications: - Must be able to read a tape measure -Use DA Sander -Comfortable with power tools (drills, table saw, etc.) - Previous experience as a carpenter or cabinet maker is preferred - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings helpful - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise - Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy materials Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
