Our Services To best support our members, Ag Plus operates across five key divisions: Agronomy – Precision Ag, crop nutrients, protection, and seed solutions Energy – Reliable liquid fuels and LP gas services Feed – Quality bagged and bulk feed options Grain – Comprehensive grain services, including trucking Turf – A full line of turf products with expert advice At Ag Plus, we remain committed to delivering value, fostering growth, and serving our communities for generations to come. About the Role: The General Labor position is a key part of our agricultural operations, supporting day-to-day activities that drive the efficiency and success of the location. This hands-on role involves a variety of tasks related to grain handling, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and operational standards. Responsibilities also include maintaining tools and equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition. Overall, the General Labor position is vital to meeting operational goals and supporting the broader needs of the agricultural community. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Basic understanding of grain practices. Ability to perform physical labor and work in various weather conditions. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in agricultural or farm work. Familiarity with operating farm machinery and equipment. Certification in safety training related to agricultural operations. Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on agricultural equipment and tools. Load and unload products Assist customers Load/unload railcars Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols. Skills: Preferred skills, such as machinery operation, will be essential for efficiently carrying out tasks like loading and unloading products. Strong teamwork and communication skills will facilitate collaboration with colleagues to achieve common goals.
