Doctor of Medicine | Obstetrics and Gynecology Location: Bad Axe, MI Employer: SalviaCore Solutions Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the PositionLocumJobsOnline is working with SalviaCore Solutions to find a qualified Obstetrics and Gynecology MD in Bad Axe, Michigan, 48413!ResponsibilitiesAssume an existing patient base and manage a high-volume outpatient and inpatient caseload.Perform a variety of gynecological procedures; the three-provider group currently performs approximately 460 procedures annually.Manage clinical duties utilizing on-site resources including ultrasound, NST, IUI, and Phlebotomy.Collaborate with the medical team to provide high-quality obstetric care at the local birthing center.Maintain accurate records using paper charting in the clinic and the electronic medical record system at the hospital. Qualifications & CredentialingBoard Certified or Board Eligible: Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN.Licensure: Must hold an active Michigan Medical License or have one in process.Certifications: Current BLS certification is required (or willingness to obtain).Background: A most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) is required at the time of presentation with no exemptions.DEA & CSR/CDS: Must have or obtain a DEA and CSR/CDS prior to the start date with no exemptions.Visas: This facility is open to J1 visa candidates; however, H1B candidates cannot be accepted at this time.Additional Note: The facility does not reimburse for application or credentialing fees.
